This is something new that I recently discovered. Since we’re listed in the SHOUTcast.com music directory, you have the choice of listening of Rock401 using the SHOUTcast Radio player. This Flash based player has a nice interface, and includes the artist/title track information. In addition, if you click on the “Now Playing – Artist Info” tab, you will see a photo of the artist and some bio information as well. Give it a try with the link below:

Rock 401 uses Shoutcast streaming technology to netcast. The following link will prompt your computer to open a program installed on your computer than can handle our audio stream:

Since Rock401 is served up using only Macs, we encourage you to use Apple iTunes to listen in. However, we also recommend the following Shoutcast-capable programs, including:
